I sell for a living. The rest of the time, I build the systems that make the selling work.

01 · The short version

I am Dhrumil. About four years of selling so far, and most of that time spent quietly building the systems around the selling.

The first thing I built was a dessert brand that put Indian sweets into Western desserts. Two things that should not go together, made into one that did. I have been doing the same move ever since, selling and the systems I build around it, put together into something that works.

02 · The lap

I have run this lap a few times.

Hover a corner for the story, or run the lap. A new track every visit.

I left a small city in Gujarat to launch towns nobody had heard of, sign up shops before they had gone live, and sell phone plans on a street in Toronto. The cities kept changing. The actual job, building the thing around the product so it sells, never did.

03 · What I do

I sell

Discovery to handoff. Right now that is outbound to founders and CTOs across the US, the UK, and Europe. I build the lists off signals, I write the sequences, and I try not to talk anyone into something they will want to undo later.

~50discovery calls in a month

I build

Spreadsheets that rebuild themselves from raw data. An AI that reviews my own sales calls on ten dimensions and tells me where I lost the room. An objection library I open mid-call. If a task shows up twice, I automate it, then I improve it.

I think like an analyst

I cleared the Canadian Securities Course. I also sat the CFA Level I, did not pass it, and I am not done with it. I invest the way I like to sell, I look for the picks and shovels and skip the lottery tickets.

04 · What I built

Each one started as a problem in my own outbound week. Each one still runs. Where the real version holds company data, the write-up uses fictional numbers and keeps the build exact.

Try it · The Objection Library

Every objection I keep hearing, sorted. Weak answer next to the strong one.

This runs right here on the page. Search it, filter it, or hit practice and let it deal you a random one. Type your own answer and it scores you, the same way Kata scores my calls.

05 · Off the clock

Snooker first, tennis a close second. F1 most Sundays, cricket whenever it is on, and a poker night when one comes up. Music is always running while I work. I watch cinema from everywhere, not just the two industries everyone names. Markets, obviously. And the quietly useful kind of AI. Ask me about any of these and there goes an hour.

06 · The honest bit

My closes can get loose. I would rather not push than shove someone into a yes they take back the next week, and now and then that costs me a deal in the middle. The thing I am working on is holding the line without turning into someone I would hang up on.
